I woke up one morning with what has always been my first sign of pregnancy. My skin hurt. That's right, my skin hurt to the touch. I told my husband I was pregnant. Of course he said "no way". I said "Way! Go get me a test!". He came home with a dozen roses and a pregnancy test. He said he knew I'd need the roses either way. I needed them alright and the test was very positive. Here we were with three children (one only 7 months old) and another one on the way. Roses are good!
I think it's safe to say we are still in somewhat of a baby fog right now unable to really grasp this news. We have undecided feelings about birth control and controlling births in general but I'm not sure we were ready for this. I guess ready or not here baby comes :)
This is a very unexpected blessing for our family but the Lord knows what plans He has for us and we accept His plans with gratitude.
